

Your appointments are very important to me, and I understand sometimes may need to be changed or cancelled. However, please know that when you cancel your hair session without giving enough notice, opportunities are missed to fill that appointment with clients on our waitlist.

I request at least 24 hours notice prior to canceling and rescheduling appointments.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours notice, you are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service(s). No call/no shows are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s(.
*Exceptions will be considered regarding illnesses on a case by case basis.
If you are sick please notify me ASAP.

If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. I will do my best to get you back into the hair salon as soon as possible. If you do not reschedule ahead of time, you may be asked to reschedule at your appointment. I have clients that have low immune systems that lingering sickness can be very dangerous for them.
Unfortunately, being
self-employed also means there are no sick or vacation days to recover with for myself. Instead, it leaves me trying to find openings for the many clients I had to reschedule that day.
In this case, sharing is not caring-

I strive to be on time for each and every guest. If I am running significantly behind schedule, I will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment to allow for parking and to ensue you receive your full service. If you are running late, I will do everything possible to accommodate you. However, any guest arriving more than 10 minutes late is subject to a late arrival fee, and may be asked to reschedule or alter their service, as not to impact the other scheduled appointments to follow.
